FrugalAI pilot terms.

Service

FrugalAI provides an AI gateway, spend-control dashboard, request ledger, routing policy, caching, budget controls, and related pilot support. Provider model usage is billed separately by each customer's providers.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Pro and Scale fees cover the FrugalAI control plane and stated plan limits. Enterprise terms may be governed by a separate agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel future renewal through the billing portal or by contacting FrugalAI. Refund requests are reviewed case by case for billing errors, duplicate charges, or failed provisioning.

Acceptable use

Customers are responsible for their provider accounts, workloads, data, and compliance obligations. FrugalAI may suspend abusive, unlawful, or security-risking use.
